What you should expect from your mattress?
A mattress is the single most important piece of bedroom furniture that you will buy. When sleeping comfort and support are need to help your body relax and get a good nights rest. Buying a good quality mattress should be a priority as you spend a third of each day on average laying on it! Many people suffer from lack of sleep otherwise known as sleep deprivation and having a bad quality mattress will certainly not help this condition.

Mattress Materials
Mattresses come in three mains types including coil sprung, air and foam. For every individual comfort is a personla thing, so you should go into a shop and try different mattresses to see what type of material and softness you prefer.
Coil Mattresses
There are a few types of coils that can be found within a mattress:
Bonnell coils are the original type and are very common. They can be found in many cheaper type mattresses and arent th most comfortable. Marshall coils, otherwise known as “pocketed coils,” are each encased in fabric encasement and tempered. The matress tends to be firmer. Offset coils are designed to hinge and also create a firmer mattress. Continuous coils Or Mira-coils are very similar to offset coils but provide another option.
Foam mattresses
Foam mattresses usually come in two types; either latex or memory foam. Prices and quality vary a great deal with these types of mattresses, so it is important to shop around. Combination mattresses are also available which have ,both springs and latex or memory foam.
Air mattresses
Air mattresses provide support by using air chambers in place of coils. The Air mattress is great for camping or useing as a spare bed, but are generally not good for a long term mattress that you would use every day. Air mattresses are also used in hospitals and can be electronically regulated to give support to patients.
Water Mattresses
As the name describes these use water to fill a hollow chamber. You either love them or hate them and they are very heavy, due to the amount of water you need to put in them.
